We provide service for our jewelry when it requires repair from normal usage. Please email us a photo of the item with detailed description of the repair needed. We will provide an estimated repair fee, if there is one, and an address to ship the item.
Due to the unique nature of stones, from time to time a particular stone may not be available. In this case we will contact you to give you the choice of selecting an alternate stone or another piece, or canceling your order.
Stones are one-of-a-kinds and may vary slightly in size and color the but the finished piece will be just as beautiful as the image.
If an item goes on back order we will notify you and give you an estimated timeframe that you will receive your order.
